小儿完全性尿失禁多为下尿路先天性畸形所致,目前抗尿失禁仍是临床上的困难课题。我院自1974年到1984年采用不同抗尿失禁方法,治疗各种原因小儿完全性尿失禁38例。特结合临床资料进行探讨。
