中国药学会陕西分会药事管理分科学会于91年9月23日至27口在临潼召开了第四次学术研讨会。出席会议的66名代表来自全省药品生产企业、药品经营企业、医院药剂科、药品检验所、高等药学院校及药政管理等部门。会议收到论文37篇,有15篇在大会上进行了交流。省药事管理分科学会委员、西安医科大学药学系副主任杨世民主持了开幕式,陕西省卫生厅药政处处长、省药事管理分科学会主任委员刘荣斌致开幕词。陕西省药学会副理事长刘次伯教授出席了开幕式并作了重要讲话。这次研讨会是对我省近几年来药事管理工作的一次检阅,也是对去年核发“三证”工作的 Chinese Pharmaceutical Association of Shaanxi branch of the Branch of Pharmacy Management September 23, 1991 to 27 in Lintong held the fourth seminar. Yang Shimin, deputy director of the Department of Pharmacy of Xi’an Medical University, officiated at the opening ceremony by Liu Rongbin, director of the Pharmaceutical Administration of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Health and chairman of the Provincial Pharmacy Management Sub-council. Professor Liu Ci Bo, vice chairman of Shaanxi Provincial Pharmaceutical Association, attended the opening ceremony and made an important speech.
