介绍了国内外城市地铁发展的经验,并对天津地铁发展过程中存在的问题进行了分析,从制定地铁建设优先政策,加大地铁建设投资力度等方面提出了加快天津地铁发展的政策建议。
This paper introduces the experience of urban metro development at home and abroad and analyzes the problems existing in the development of Tianjin metro. It puts forward some policy suggestions to accelerate the development of Tianjin metro from the aspects of formulating the priority policies of metro construction and increasing the investment in metro construction.
