利用促进早实性状的ＬｆｙｃＤＮＡ转化猕猴桃，建立了猕猴桃遗传转化体系。经过点杂交检测初步证实，采用农杆菌菌株ＬＢＡ４４０４介导的叶盘法转化猕猴桃，将ＬｆｙｃＤＮＡ导入猕猴桃基因组中。
The genetic transformation system of Actinidia chinensis was established by transforming kiwifruit with LfycDNA that promotes early-fruiting traits. The result of spot hybridization test confirmed that Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain LBA4404 mediated leaf disc method was used to transform kiwifruit and introduced LfycDNA into kiwifruit genome.
