露地袋载香菇研究成功,已在福建等省大面积推广,产量亦大幅度提高,使香菇生产迅速向专业化、社会化、商品化方向发展.1987年度华东六省一市总产量达1万吨,为增加农民收入和国家出口创汇开辟了新途径.但是采用土法烘干品质差,在国际市场上缺乏竞争力.为了提高香菇加工品质,我们研制了以煤、柴为主要燃料的无管式红外热风炉系列产品为主要机件的整套烘干脱水设备.同时总结烘干经验,参考国内外资料,探索在不同条件下的最佳烘干脱水工艺.
Open bag containing mushroom research success, has large areas in Fujian province promotion, production also increased significantly, so that mushroom production quickly to the professional, social, commercial direction .In 1987, six provinces and one city in east China total output of 10,000 Ton, opened up new avenues for increasing peasants’ income and national exporting foreign exchange.But the quality of using indigenous drying method is poor and uncompetitive in the international market.In order to improve the processing quality of mushrooms, we developed a coal-diesel-based fuel Tubular infrared hot stove series of products as the main components of the drying equipment dehydration.At the same time summed up the drying experience, reference to domestic and foreign information, to explore the best conditions under different drying dehydration process.
