以综合评判物元可拓法为评价方法,对城市地震应急避难所适宜性进行评价,可检验城市地震应急避难所建设的有效性。以城市应急避难所建设标准为基础,从应急避难所建设的有效性、安全性及可达性方面筛选适宜性评价指标因子,并构建指标体系;利用综合评判物元可拓法构建城市地震应急避难所适宜性评价模型,实现城市地震应急避难所适宜性评价。评价结果表明:深圳市14处城市地震应急避难所中处于高度适宜的应急避难场所有3处;处于中度适宜的应急避难场所有6处;处于较适宜的应急避难场所有1处;处于较不适宜的应急避难场所有4处。评价结果可为城市地震应急避难所未来规划与建设提供决策依据。
By comprehensively evaluating the matter-element extension method as the evaluation method, the suitability of the urban earthquake emergency shelter can be evaluated, which can test the effectiveness of the urban earthquake emergency shelter construction. Based on the construction standards of urban emergency shelters, this paper selects appropriate indicators of suitability evaluation from the aspects of the effectiveness, safety and accessibility of emergency shelters and constructs an index system. By using the comprehensive evaluation method, Shelter suitability evaluation model to achieve the appropriate evaluation of urban earthquake emergency shelter. The evaluation results show that there are 3 places in the emergency shelters which are highly suitable in 14 urban earthquake emergency shelters in Shenzhen, 6 in the moderately suitable emergency shelters, 1 place in more suitable emergency shelters, Inappropriate emergency shelter there are four. The evaluation results can provide the decision-making basis for the future planning and construction of urban earthquake emergency shelter.
