重复压裂技术是提高低渗透油藏产量的有效途径之一。安塞油田油藏渗透率低,油井产量递减快,为了进一步提高该油藏的开发效果,开展了重复压裂试验。通过对重复压裂造缝机理的研究表明,重复压裂井由于初次压裂裂缝以及油层生产活动引起的压力下降,导致了近井地带的应力场发生变化,从而在重复压裂过程中引起裂缝的重新定向。同时,对引起油井产量下降的主要原因进行了分析。结合该油藏的特点,进行了重复压裂参数的优化和压裂材料的选择,提出了选井选层的原则。重复压裂技术现场施工11井次,措施成功率达100%,措施有效率为81.8%,取得了很好的增油效果。现场实践表明,重复压裂技术为低渗透油田开发的增产稳产提供了重要的技术措施。
