模板工程作为核岛土建施工中的重要组成部分,占钢筋混凝土结构成本总造价的25%~30%,因此,设计、生产、开发和选用先进适用的模板,不仅有利于提高工程质量、加快施工速度、缩短施工工期,还有利于提高劳动生产率、降低成本以及实现施工现场的文明施工。介绍了核岛厂房各个部位结构特点,以及核岛施工过程中筏基普通木模板体系、安全壳曲面悬臂爬升模板(DOKA模板)、直型墙体标准大模板、墙体异型模板和特殊模板、楼层模板及其支撑体系共5种模板体系的构造和施工方法,为核岛工程模板体系的选择和安装以及为其他类似结构工程模板施工提供参考。
