该文以新阳高速公路化新段1标工程为依托,阐述了应力吸收层的工作原理,确定了沥青砂AC-5的配合比设计参数并进行沥青砂生产配合比设计,对应力吸收层试验路的施工工艺进行探讨。合理的施工温度和施工工艺对保证应力吸收层的施工质量有很大影响。施工过程检测中采用燃烧炉法测定沥青混合料中沥青的含量,以及对燃烧后的沥青混合料进行筛分,提出矿料级配贴近正S形为最佳。采用平整度、厚度、压实度等指标进行现场评价。
