在地铁工程施工中,经常使用冻结技术进行土体加固,如盾构始发、接收端头井加固、盾构推进区间障碍物的清除、地铁车站或区间的修复等工程。加固完成之后,为不影响后续工序的施工,需将冻结加固时用的冻结管拔出,恢复原有地层工况,但在拔管施工中经常会发生冻结管拔断、拔不动等情况,严重影响冻结施工效果。笔者多年从事冻结拔管施工,总结出一套切实可行的冻结拔管施工技术。
