研究提出了一种针对高价值和高可靠指标要求的航天火工装置可靠性评估新方法,该方法成功地将可靠度评估问题转化为参数假设检验问题,并给出了刻度参数纠偏方法,从而实现了在低刺激量工况下,可以仅用少量样本的成败型试验数据,完成具有高可靠要求的航天火工装置在额定刺激量工况下的发火可靠度下限的验证和评估。
This paper presents a new method for reliability evaluation of aerospace fire equipment based on the requirements of high value and high reliability index. The method successfully transforms the reliability evaluation problem into parameter hypothesis test, and gives the method of correcting the scale parameter. Under the conditions of low stimulus, it is possible to verify and evaluate the lower limit of pyrotechnic reliability under the rated stimulus condition with only a few samples of success or failure type test data with high reliability requirements.
