在深圳召开的首届中国国际高新技术成果交易会上,厦门大学代表团的膜科技引起了与会者的刮目相看,其4项膜技术——在青霉素、维生素C生产以及在染料清洁生产工艺、味精生产中的膜应用技术与企业签约,总金额达2666万元。 膜技术是什么?它为何会引起人们的青睐呢? “精挑细选”的膜 膜其实是一种具有特殊选择性分离功能的无机或高分子材料,它能把流体分隔成不相通的两部分,使其中一种或几种物质能透过,而将其他物质分离出来。目前商品化的膜品种有醋酸纤维、聚砚、聚酰胺、聚丙烯、聚四氟乙烯、聚脂、多孔铝膜、陶瓷膜与金属复合膜等。根据膜的应用特征及不同功能,又可以把膜分为反渗透、纳滤、超滤、微滤、气体分离和渗透蒸发6大类。
