食品安全,关系到每一个人的健康乃至生命以及社会稳定。随着一宗宗食品安全事件丑闻的曝光,食品安全问题已紧紧地牵动着每一个人的神经,人们对食品安全问题更为关注,甚至有人向食品生产经营者发出了“该吃什么和还能吃什么”的呐喊,人民群众对食品安全产生信用危机,唤醒了和迫使政府必须重视加强对食品安全的监管。我国目前正处于社会经济的转型时期,人们的食品安全意识还比较薄弱,部分食品生产经营者由于自身素质、社会责任以及求富心切、造假售假,使食品在源头上已受到污染,产品在加工或流通中质量得不到保证,以及政府在监管中出现了疏忽等原因,导致我国食品安全事件屡屡发生。台湾一个著名作家龙应台,在她20年前所写的《野火集》一书中反映的台湾当时所积累的教育、环境、污染和假奶粉、毒酒、假酱油等社会问题,竟然会在20年后的今天在中国内地市场被“复制”而一一发生,其程度令人感到惊讶。食品安全问题,实质上已上升为社会问题。政府对食品安全的态度,可以反映出政府的执政能力。如果对此管理不好,不但会使政府的信用与形象受损,而且很有可能会因此而引发社会不安定。此前,正是由于政府在食品监管的过程中未能完全做到尽职尽责,才会导致发生了许多不该发生的食品安全悲剧,群众由此对政府的监管工作是怨声载道。从近日国家及全国各地的质检部门对食品的检测结果来看,目前我国的食品安全状况还不容乐观。为保障人民的健康,政府必须加大对食品质量与安全的监管力度,在任何时候和任何情况下都不容许有半点的马虎。食品安全监管离不开公众的参与,加强食品安全意识教育,加强打假力度和生产企业的诚信建设,是保障食品安全的关键。搞综合治理和综合监督也许更能收到实效,确保食品安全,坚持政府的到位监管是最为根本。 Food safety is related to everyone’s health and even life and social stability.
