目的 :研究少年期上、下中切牙的冠根角度,并探讨与其相关的硬组织测量指标。方法 :对42例符合纳入标准的错牙合畸形患者的锥体束CT(CBCT)进行评估,应用MIMICS 10.0软件使用2种方法测量168颗中切牙的冠根角度,并对42例患者进行CBCT三维和头颅侧位片二维头影测量,应用SPSS21.0统计软件对两种方法定义的上、下中切牙的冠根角度与8项常用的硬组织测量指标进行Spearman相关性分析。结果:少年期,上中切牙crm角与8项硬组织测量项目间无显著相关性;上中切牙cr角与上中切牙唇倾度呈正相关,与SNA角呈负相关;下中切牙crm角和cr角均与ANB角和下中切牙唇倾度呈正相关。结论:头影测量中部分硬组织测量指标与少年期上下中切牙冠根角度有相关性,对临床具有参考价值。
Objective: To study the canine root angle of adolescent upper and lower incisors, and to explore the related measurement of hard tissue. Methods: Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) was performed in 42 patients with malocclusion who were included in the inclusion criteria. The coronary angle of 168 central incisors was measured by MIMICS 10.0 using two methods and 42 patients CBCT three-dimensional and cephalometric two-dimensional cephalometric measurement, application SPSS21.0 statistical software for the two methods defined crown incisors crown angle and eight commonly used hard tissue measurement Spearman correlation analysis. Results: There was no significant correlation between crm angle of adolescent and upper middle incisors in 8 items of hard tissue measurement. Upper angle of incisors was positively correlated with lip inclination of upper incisors, and negatively correlated with SNA angle. Incisors crm angle and cr angle with ANB angle and incisors lip inclination was positively correlated. Conclusion: The measurement of some cephalometry in cephalometric measurement is related to the angle of coronal root of upper and lower incisors in adolescence, which is of clinical significance.
