在铝镇静钢中一般采用钙处理,将氧化铝夹杂转变成铝酸钙,这种改质可预防堵塞,因而在产生的CaS的量不是很高的时候提高可浇性。除了这种防堵塞的方法外,钙处理也可进行夹杂物改质,改善钢的性能。目前所选择的钙处理方法是喂入主要材料为CaSi及Ca或其混合物的包芯线。在本文中,夹杂物改质的新方法为使用CaC_2。除了这种新产品的操作方面外,也陈述了其应用的一些结果及其对可浇性的影响。
In aluminum-killed steels, calcium treatment is generally employed to convert alumina inclusions to calcium aluminate, a modification that prevents plugging and thus increases the pourability when the amount of CaS produced is not very high. In addition to this anti-clogging method, calcium treatment can also be modified inclusions to improve the performance of steel. The current method of calcium treatment is feeding the cored wire with the main material CaSi and Ca or mixtures thereof. In this paper, a new method of inclusion modification is to use CaC_2. In addition to the operational aspects of this new product, some of the results of its application and its impact on the suitability are also stated.
