学科竞赛注重大学生的实践能力和创新能力的培养,这与营销应用型人才的专业特性,以及社会对于人才素质的需求不谋而合。以浙江财经学院为例,首先分析营销专业教研模式的改革,主要措施包括:转变实践教学无足轻重的观念;把学生的科研创新活动纳入教学计划;充分利用网络平台进行师生间交流;建立实验室与实训基地;然后从学科竞赛配套体系的完善角度探讨和分析营销应用型人才培养与学科竞赛机制的构建方法,强调学科竞赛氛围的营造、教学队伍的优化、激励制度的健全的重要性。
Discipline competition focuses on the practical ability of college students and the cultivation of innovative ability, which is in line with the professional characteristics of marketing applied talents as well as the social demand for qualified personnel. Taking Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics as an example, this paper firstly analyzes the reform of teaching and research mode of marketing specialty. The main measures include: changing the insignificant concept of practice teaching; including students’ research activities in teaching plan; making full use of network platform to exchange teachers and students; establishing laboratory And practice training bases. Then from the point of view of perfecting the disciplinary competition system, this paper discusses and analyzes the methods of constructing marketing applied talents and subject competition mechanism. It emphasizes the construction of disciplinary atmosphere, the optimization of teaching team and the soundness of incentive system.
