为切实落实新一届中层干部的选拔与任命工作,公立医院结合自身发展目标及最新人事管理规定和政策要求,实行中层干部的公开选聘制度。充分运用民主测评与现场述职答辩等主客观相结合的方法,综合评价与考核,从而确保本次选拔中层干部工作的公开、公正及公平。本文对公立医院公开选聘中层干部工作的重要意义、具体实施方式、特点、结果及选聘后工作进行阐述。
In order to effectively implement the selection and appointment of a new middle-level cadre, public hospitals, in line with their own development goals and the latest personnel management requirements and policy requirements, implement the open recruitment system for middle-level cadres.
