以辽宁省朝阳县东大道乡榛子-谷子、枣-谷子、核桃-谷子农林复合模式及谷子纯农地的试验土壤为研究对象,通过采样和室内化验分析,对0~20 cm、20~40 cm、40~60 cm土壤进行理化性质及酶活性等指标的测定。研究结果表明:榛子-谷子复合模式对表层(0~20cm)土壤的物理性质影响最大,与谷子纯农地相比,其土壤容重降低了5.69%,两者之间差异显著(P<0.05);土壤总孔隙度提高了5.51%。榛子-谷子复合模式对于0~20 cm土壤的化学性质的改善效果显著,其土壤中有机质、全氮、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾的含量与其它用地模式之间表现出显著的差异性(P<0.05),并均高于其它模式;枣-谷子复合模式的20~40 cm及40~60 cm土壤的有机质、全氮、碱解氮的含量高于其它模式;榛子-谷子复合模式0~20 cm土层脲酶的含量最高,与谷子纯农地相比差异显著(P<0.05),其脲酶含量提高了23.15%;枣-谷子复合模式0~20 cm土层过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶的含量最高,在20~40 cm、40~60 cm土层枣-谷子复合模式3种酶的含量均高于其它的模式。
The soil samples of hazelnut - millet, jujube - millet, walnut - millet agroforestry in Donglidao Township, Chaoyang County, Liaoning Province were used as experimental subjects. The soil samples from 0 ~ 20 cm, 20 ~ 40 cm, 40 ~ 60 cm soil physical and chemical properties and enzyme activity indicators. The results showed that the hazelnut-millet compound model had the most significant effect on the physical properties of the surface soil (0-20 cm), and the soil bulk density was decreased by 5.69% compared with pure millet land. The difference was significant (P <0.05) The total soil porosity increased by 5.51%. The hazelnut-millet compound model had significant effects on the chemical properties of 0-20 cm soil, and the soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium showed significant differences with other land use patterns (P <0.05), which were higher than those in other modes. The contents of organic matter, total nitrogen and available nitrogen in 20 ~ 40 cm and 40 ~ 60 cm soil layers of jujube-millet mixed mode were higher than those in other modes. The content of urease was the highest in 0-20 cm soil layer, but significantly different from pure farmland of millet (P <0.05), and the content of urease increased by 23.15%. The catalase of 0-20 cm soil layer of jujube- The content of sucrase was the highest, and the content of three enzymes in the jujube-millet compound mode at 20 ~ 40 cm and 40 ~ 60 cm soil layers were higher than other modes.
