利用RAPD分子标记技术研究了我国喀斯特高海拔山区适宜玉米自交系的遗传多样性,用23条引物对我国喀斯特高海拔山区适宜玉米自交系进行遗传多样性研究和杂种优势群划分。从90个随机引物中筛选出23个多态性好的引物扩增材料,产生出201条多态带,多态性位点比率为81.6%,通过UPGMA聚类分析,将我国喀斯特高海拔山区玉米地方自交系划分为7个类群。
The genetic diversity of suitable maize inbred lines in karst high altitude mountainous areas in China was studied by RAPD molecular markers. The genetic diversity and heterosis grouping of suitable maize inbred lines in karst high altitude mountainous areas of China were studied by 23 primers. Twenty-three polymorphic primers were selected from 90 random primers to generate 201 polymorphic bands. The percentage of polymorphic loci was 81.6%. By means of UPGMA cluster analysis, the karst high-altitude mountainous areas of China Maize inbred lines are divided into seven groups.
