本文分析了]990年在围场县克山病普查中100名克山病病人和125名健康人的Q—Tc间期(即K值),现将结果报告如下: 对象与方法 1.观察对象:克山病患者100名,男46名、女54名,年龄9~69岁,按患者的年龄、性别构成比随机抽样。病区健康人]25名,并除外其它心脏病。 2.测定方法:Q-T测量选用q波和T波振幅较高的导联。用Bazett's公式计算K值,当心律不齐时测量3个以上Q-T间期和6个以上的R-R间期取其均值。
This paper analyzes the Q-Tc interval (ie, K value) of 100 Keshan disease patients and 125 healthy people in the Kakeama Disease Surveillance in Weichang County in 1990, and the results are reported as follows: Subjects and Methods 1. K values are calculated using the Bazett’s formula, and when the arrhythmia is not measured, three or more Q-T intervals and six or more R-R intervals are measured.
