剪力墙在房屋建筑工程中的成功应用,不仅能大大提高建筑结构物的抗风、抗震和抗压能力,还能实现结构空间上的多重变化,提高房屋建筑结构施工安全性,是近年来国内高层房屋建筑工程的主流结构类型。本文认为钢筋、水泥、碎石、砂、模板等原材料质量,施工质量和养护周期是影响当前房屋建筑工程竖向剪力墙结构强度的关键因素;可以通过建立健全原材料准入制度等来严格把控原材料质量,加强剪力墙模板安装、混凝土浇筑、振捣及养护等各工序施工质量动态管理来不断提高房屋建筑工程竖向剪力墙结构强度。
