AT:与常见的封闭式商业综合体不同,上海绿地中心·正大乐城更像一个开放的城市广场,由一个中央广场、两条商业街和居于一侧的两栋高层写字楼组成。广场周围没有淮海路那样密集的商业区,而是大片的住宅区。不同的区位造就不同的特点,这是否是决定项目定位的最关键因素?Zivko Penzar:通常,项目的定位是由客户决定的。一般而言,通过市场调研,客户心中会有一个较明确的设计方向,或倾向于开放的户外商业街,或喜欢封闭的购物中心,而有时兼而有之。如果他们还没作出明确的决定,作为建筑师,我们可以用专业知识来帮助他们做出最优选择。
AT: Unlike the typical enclosed commercial complex, Shanghai Greenland Center is more like an open city square with a central square, two commercial streets and two high-rise office towers on one side. There is no Huaihai Road around the square that intensive business district, but a large residential area. Is this the most crucial factor that determines the positioning of the project? Zivko Penzar: Generally, the positioning of the project is determined by the customer. In general, through market research, customers may have a clearer design direction in their minds, or tend to open outdoor shopping streets or like closed shopping malls, sometimes in combination. If they have not yet made a clear decision, as an architect, we can use our expertise to help them make the best choices.
