行政学校的主要任务是对国家机关的公务员和企事业单位的管理人员以及专业技术人员进行培训。为了更好地开展培训工作,促进经济社会快速发展,笔者认为,培训工作应以科学发展观为指导,与时俱进,准确地把握培训内容,使公务员培训工作具有针对性和实效性。
The main task of the administrative school is to train the civil servants of State organs and the managers and professional technicians of enterprises and public institutions. In order to carry out the training work better and promote the rapid economic and social development, the author believes that the training should be guided by the scientific concept of development, keep pace with the times, accurately grasp the training content, and make the civil servant training work pertinence and effectiveness.
