本文探讨了真空渗碳工艺参数对27SiMnMoV钢针阀体渗碳层深度、碳浓度、力学性能及炭黑的影响。得出炉压由150 torr降至100 torr(其它参数基本不变),渗层深度、碳浓度相近和力学性能略低,碳黑显著减少。用高温真空渗碳(1000℃,炉压100 torr,渗扩比2∶1),渗碳速度可提高一倍,力学性能与原工艺相近,炭黑和原料气的消耗减少。27SiMnMoV钢即使在较高碳势的炉气中渗碳亦不易出现网状碳化物,具有良好的热处理工艺性能。
In this paper, the effects of vacuum carburizing process parameters on the carburized depth, carbon concentration, mechanical properties and carbon black of 27SiMnMoV steel needle valve body were discussed. The results show that the furnace pressure is reduced from 150 torr to 100 torr (the other parameters are basically the same), the depth of infiltration layer, the carbon concentration are similar and the mechanical properties are slightly lower, and the carbon black is obviously reduced. With high-temperature vacuum carburizing (1000 ℃, furnace pressure 100 torr, infiltration ratio 2: 1), the carburization rate can be doubled, similar to the original mechanical properties and carbon black and feed gas consumption reduced. 27SiMnMoV steel carburizing even in the higher carbon potential furnace carburizing is not prone to mesh carbides, has good heat treatment process performance.
