针对超深立井多绳提升系统中提升钢丝绳之间张力不平衡的问题,在分析现有张力平衡装置的基础上,设计了一种并联浮动导向轮装置。该装置将天轮结构与密闭连通器等压传递原理相结合,兼具导向和平衡各绳张力的功能。与现有张力平衡装置相比,具有结构简单、易于维护等优点。为了测试浮动导向轮组对提升绳张力的调节效果,在AMESim软件环境下对整个多绳提升系统的运行状态进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:该装置可以有效减小系统动态运行过程中各提升钢丝绳之间的张力差,保障提升容器安全平稳运行。“,”Against the rope tension inconsistent problem in deep shaft multi rope hoist system,on the basis of the analysis of the current tension balancing device,this paper puts forward a design of the floating guide wheel device . The device combines structure of head sheave and the principle of communicating vessels, also has the functions that guide steel wire rope and balance each wire rope tension . Compared with the existing tension balancing device ,it has advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance etc. . In order to test floating guide wheels ’ effect on adjusting rope tension , in the environment of AMESim software simulation and analysis are carried out on the running state of the multi rope hoisting system.Simulation results show that:The device can effectively reduce the tension difference between hoisting rope during dynamic operation of system and guarantee the smooth and safe operation of the vessel.
