关于维生素D的测定,国外从七十年代便采用了高效液相色谱法,我国近年来在上海、北京也使用了此方法。但专用于强化食品中维生素D的测定,一直未见到很好的化学方法。我们根据《JAOAC》以及《Analyst》等文献,结合我们的经验进行了改进,研制成薄层层析法。本法不需要复杂的设备,各检验部门易于置备,方法易于推广。与高效液相色谱法比较,符合率达85.1%,回收率85.5%-92.2%(平均89.5%)。精确性较高,再现性较好,是测定强化食品中维生素D切实可行的方法。
As for the determination of vitamin D, high-performance liquid chromatography has been used abroad since the 1970s. This method has also been used in Shanghai and Beijing in recent years. However, there have been no good chemical methods for the determination of vitamin D in foods. Based on the literatures of “JAOAC” and “Analyst”, we have combined our experience to improve and develop thin-layer chromatography. This law does not require complicated equipment. The inspection departments are easy to prepare and the method is easy to promote. Compared with high performance liquid chromatography, the coincidence rate was 85.1%, and the recovery rate was 85.5%-92.2% (average 89.5%). With high accuracy and good reproducibility, it is a practical method to determine vitamin D in foods.
