目的掌握南宁机场口岸蚊类种群构成及季节消长情况,为开展口岸医学媒介生物防制工作提供科学依据。方法成蚊调查采用灭蚊磁CO2诱蚊法,蚊幼调查采用诱卵器法、幼虫吸管法和勺捕法,调查周期为1年。结果共捕获成蚊12 575只,蚊卵、幼虫、蛹共计1 701只。经鉴定为1目1科3亚科5属13种;其中三带喙库蚊为优势种群,占成蚊捕获总数的82.51%;成蚊平均密度为9.36只/h,8月为高峰期,密度为28.88只/h,2月最低,密度为0.52只/h;平均诱蚊诱卵指数为22.71%,诱蚊密度指数为5.99只/个。结论南宁机场口岸适合蚊类孳生繁殖,应加强蚊类监测与控制,有效降低蚊类密度,防止蚊媒传染病在口岸发生传播。
Objective To understand the population structure and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes at the port of Nanning and provide a scientific basis for the biological control of medical media at port. Methods Adult mosquitoes were surveyed by mosquito CO2 sequestration method, mosquito larvae by ovipositor method, larvae straw method and scoop method. The investigation period was 1 year. Results A total of 12 575 adult mosquitoes were captured. A total of 1 701 mosquito eggs, larvae and pupae were captured. It was identified as 1 orders, 1 subfamily, 3 subfamilies and 5 genera and 13 species. Among them, Culex tritaeniorhynchus was the dominant species, accounting for 82.51% of the total mosquitoes captured; the average adult mosquito density was 9.36 / h, the peak was in August, The density was 28.88 / h, the lowest in February, the density was 0.52 / h; the average mosquito-oviposition index was 22.71%; the mosquito density index was 5.99 / plant. Conclusions Nanning Airport Port is suitable for mosquito breeding, mosquito monitoring and control should be strengthened to effectively reduce mosquito density and prevent mosquito-borne diseases from spreading at the port.
