在教学中要真正提高学生的素质,必须站在民主教育的高度走进每一位学生的心灵,让学生主动全面发展,成为有独立意识,创新精神的一代新人,已经是不争的事实。民主的语文课堂不仅教学方式应和谐、平等、宽松,教学内容也应多元、开放、自由,学习方式更应自主、探究、合作。以问题为中心的“主体发展,三步三法”初中语文教学模式不仅能让学生的学习方式由被动变主动,而且能促进学生自主发展,构建民主的语文课堂。
