对一点红属植物的化学成分和药理作用的研究进展进行介绍,为进一步研究和开发利用提供参考。检索国内外CNKI,Mediline,CA等数据库,收集近年来有关一点红属植物的化学成分和药理作用研究的文献资料36篇,并对其进行整理、分析。一点红属植物的主要化学成分为生物碱、黄酮、挥发油等化合物,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎镇痛、抗氧化、抗糖尿病等药理作用。一点红属植物在抗肿瘤、抗炎方面有着广阔的应用前景,建议加强其物质基础研究。该属植物含有吡咯里西啶类有毒生物碱,需加强毒理学研究,为安全性用药提供依据。
This paper introduces the research progress of the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of some red plants and provides reference for further research and exploitation. Retrieve CNKI, Mediline, CA and other databases at home and abroad, and collect 36 articles about the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of the Rhodophycea in recent years, and collate and analyze the literature. Essential red plants genus alkaloids, flavonoids, volatile oil and other compounds, with anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory analgesic, anti-oxidation, anti-diabetes and other pharmacological effects. A little red plants in the anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory has broad application prospects, it is recommended to strengthen their material basis of research. The genus contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids toxic toxicological studies need to be strengthened to provide a basis for the safety of medication.
