目的探讨产房实施人性化管理对产房护理质量提高的影响。方法 185例产妇作为对照组,采用传统的护理管理方法 ;197例产妇作为实验组,实施产房人性化管理。统计并比较实施前后

目的探讨产房实施人性化管理对产房护理质量提高的影响。方法 185例产妇作为对照组,采用传统的护理管理方法 ;197例产妇作为实验组,实施产房人性化管理。统计并比较实施前后产妇分娩方式、助产士满意度和产妇满意度。结果相比于对照组,实验组产妇的自然分娩率较高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组护士和产妇的满意度也有了明显提升,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在产房实施人性化管理是提高产房护理质量的一种有效方法 ,可以显著的提高自然分娩率,提升护士和产妇的满意度,值得在临床上进行推广与应用。
