密封垫是气相色谱误差的主要来源之一。在进行痕量分析时,密封垫所引起的问题更加突出。尽管采用阀进样可以避免密封垫问题,但当无法使用进样阀时,本文所采用的方法可以减小密封垫降解/泄漏。
Gaskets are one of the major sources of GC error. Gaskets cause more problems when performing trace analysis. Although valve injections can be used to avoid gasketing problems, the method used in this article reduces gasket degradation / leakage when injection valves are not available.
