本文叙述了 CO_2保护焊的特点,介绍了φ3.2mm 粗丝 CO_2自动焊工艺研究成果及在钢结构制作中的各种应用。其中较详细地阐述了腹板厚度14mm 的吊车梁在腹板不开坡口的情况下,用φ3.2mm 粗丝CO_2自动焊解决 T 型接头焊透的工艺,阐述了厚板 H 型钢梁用粗丝 CO_2自动焊时,焊缝凝固裂纹产生的条件、工艺因素的影响、防止措施和合适的焊接工艺,为钢结构制作中进一步推广应用粗丝 CO_2自动焊提供了可靠的依据。
This article describes the characteristics of CO_2 protection welding, introduces the research results of φ3.2mm thick CO_2 automatic welding process and various applications in the production of steel structures. It elaborated in detail on the case that the crane beam with a web thickness of 14mm is used to solve the penetration process of T-joint with φ3.2mm coarse CO_2 auto-welding under the condition that the web does not open the groove, and the H-beam of thick plate is elaborated. In the case of automatic welding with thick CO 2 , the conditions of weld solidification cracking, the influence of process factors, the prevention measures and the appropriate welding process provide a reliable basis for the further promotion and application of coarse CO 2 automatic welding in the manufacture of steel structures.
