采用分生孢子悬浮液以载玻片悬滴法和烟株幼茎喷洒接种法,研究了温度对烟草低头黑病菌形成附着胞和侵染能力的影响。结果表明,低头黑病菌形成附着胞的适宜温度为20~30℃,最适宜温度为25~28℃;病原菌以分生孢子附着在烟株幼茎表皮毛上萌发形成附着胞,从表皮毛基部直接侵染引起发病。
The effect of temperature on the attachment and infection ability of Rhizoctonia solani was studied by suspending the suspension of the conidia and spraying the young stems of the tobacco plants.
