目的:研究辽宁丹东凤城地区不同采收期和加工方法对五味子质量的影响。方法:采用比色法测定五味子中多糖含量。结果:5个样品中五味子多糖含量有差异。结论:不同采收期和加工方法对五味子质量有明显影响。
Objective: To study the effect of different harvest time and processing methods on the quality of Schisandra in Fengcheng, Dandong, Liaoning. Methods: The colorimetric method was used to determine the content of polysaccharides in schisandra. RESULTS: There were differences in the content of schisandra polysaccharides in the five samples. Conclusion: Different harvest periods and processing methods have a significant effect on the quality of Schisandra.
