为了解脑血栓形成、脑出血患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化情况,测定了27例脑血栓形成、11例脑出血病人及37例对照组血浆中NO含量。结果表明脑血栓形成组、脑出血组血浆NO含量较对照组低,且分别与对照组相比,有显著性差异,而脑血栓形成组与脑出血组相比,血浆NO含量无显著性差异。提示脑血栓形成、脑出血时血浆NO参与了其病理过程
In order to understand the changes of plasma nitric oxide (NO) content in patients with cerebral thrombosis and cerebral hemorrhage, 27 patients with cerebral thrombosis, 11 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and 37 controls were enrolled in the study. The results showed that the plasma levels of NO in cerebral thrombosis group and cerebral hemorrhage group were lower than those in control group and there were significant differences compared with control group respectively. There was no significant difference in plasma NO content between cerebral thrombosis group and cerebral hemorrhage group . Tip cerebral thrombosis, cerebral hemorrhage plasma NO involved in the pathological process
