上海实验电炉厂生产的SX-12-16型1600℃高温箱式电阻炉所用的加热元件是硅钼棒(见图1),其规格为300×180×6×40mm,呈“U”型,每台炉装12支.硅钼棒冷端伸进异形耐火砖两孔内,露出65~70mm,固定后均匀悬挂于炉膛两侧及后侧,采用串联接法将冷端露出部分连接在一起,再与KSY-12D-18型可控硅温度控制器相接.由于硅钼棒材质很脆,且加热元件的“U”形部分与冷端圆棒接线部分是通过对焊连接的,所以接头往往不牢固,在安装和使用过程中极易造成断裂损坏.
