为了满足工业领域对弯曲导管高精度成形的要求,基于与有限元分析结果相应的点云数据及节点空间距离的计算,对空间连续弯曲导管成形质量缺陷进行定量分析,分别对导管弯曲成形过程中截面畸变、起皱和回弹等成形缺陷建立了相应的截面畸变度、波纹度、回弹角等数学表征模型,给出了计算公式及流程,提出了通用的管材成形有限元后处理分析方法并开发了软件模块。之后,通过利用DYNAFORM导管弯曲成形结果验证了各弯曲处的截面畸变、管壁内侧起皱计算方法的有效性以及采用有约束非线性规划方法计算的回弹角计算方法的有效性。
In order to meet the requirements of high precision forming of bending catheter in industrial field, quantitative analysis of forming quality defects of space continuous bending catheter was carried out based on the calculation of point cloud data and node space distance corresponding to the finite element analysis results. Section distortion, wrinkling and springback forming defects such as the corresponding cross-section distortion, waviness, springback angle and other mathematical characterization model, given the formula and flow, put forward a common pipe forming finite element analysis of post-processing methods And developed a software module. After that, by using the results of DYNAFORM catheter bending test, it is verified that the section distortion of each bend, the effectiveness of the calculation method of the wrinkling inside the tube wall and the effectiveness of the calculation method of the springback angle calculated by the constrained nonlinear programming method.
