金宗濂教授系国内著名保健(功能)食品专家,北京联合大学应用文理学院保健食品功能检测中心(国家卫生部认定功能检测机构)主任,中国食品科学技术学会常务理事及功能食品分会理事长,中国保健协会保健品监督检测分会理事长,中国中医药学会养生保健学会副会长。此文是根据本编辑部2008年12月对金教授的采访整理。
Prof. Jinzong Zong is a well-known health food expert in China. He is also the director of Functional Food Testing Center of Beijing University of Applied Arts and Sciences (recognized by Ministry of Health of China), executive director of China Institute of Food Science and Technology and Chairman of Functional Foods Branch, Association of health products supervision and testing branch director, Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine Society vice president of health care. This article is based on the editorial department in December 2008 to Professor Jin’s interview.
