在充分认识溴化锂吸收式冷水机组试验台工作原理的基础上,研究了即将实施的《溴化锂吸收式冷水机组能效限定值及能效等级》标准,采用LabVIEW2011开发了溴化锂吸收式冷水机组实验应用软件。该软件具有计算单位冷量的耗热量、数据采集、实时监控以及实时数据曲线的绘制等功能;通过对该软件测试,结果表明,性能良好,达到了预期目标。
On the basis of fully understanding the working principle of the test bench of lithium bromide absorption chiller, the forthcoming implementation of “lithium bromide absorption chillers energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency rating” standards, the use of LabVIEW2011 developed lithium bromide absorption chiller experimental application software. The software has the functions of calculating the heat consumption per unit of cooling capacity, data acquisition, real-time monitoring and real-time data curve drawing. The software has been tested and the results show that the performance is good and the expected goal is achieved.
