目的:探讨注意缺损多动障碍(ADHD)与5-HT2a受体基因多态性之间的相互关系。方法:应用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)方法。在74例ADHD儿童及其父母和81例正常成人中观察5-HT2a受体基因多态性的分布。采用单体型相对风险分析方法研究ADHD与5-HT2a受体基因间的遗传关联。结果:经基于基因型的单体型相对风险(GHRR)和基于单体型的单体型相对风险(HHRR)分析表明,ADHD与5-HT2a受体基因各等位基因及基因型之间并不存在关联(P>0.05)。结论:ADHD与5-HT2a受体基因多态性之间无关联
Objective: To investigate the relationship between ADHD and 5-HT2a receptor gene polymorphism. Methods: Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) were used. The distribution of 5-HT2a receptor gene polymorphism was observed in 74 ADHD children and their parents and 81 normal adults. The haplotype relative risk analysis was used to study the genetic association between ADHD and 5-HT2a receptor genes. Results: Genotype-based haplotype relative risk (GHRR) and haplotype-based haplotype relative risk (HHRR) analysis showed that ADHD and 5-HT2a receptor alleles and genotypes There was no association (P> 0.05). Conclusion: There is no correlation between ADHD and 5-HT2a receptor gene polymorphisms
