一个集体如果缺少爱,便不会融洽、不会团结、不会向上。有人说:“爱是一本收支平衡的账簿,应一手播撒爱的甘霖,一手承接爱的乳汁。”这样整个心灵才会温馨在爱的幸福中。如果一个集体,所有的人只等着别人来爱我,而自己不肯付出爱,那么每个心灵都是受伤者而无幸福可言;反过来有人付出浓浓的爱而承接的人毫无感知或不知珍惜,久之也会是乐于付出的人心灰意冷,而不愿意主动付出。所以让一个集体中的每个人学会付出与珍视爱是融洽一个集体的最好办法。
