中华鳖成鳖集约化养殖中基础饲粮与核心料配方的优化筛选

采用单因素完全随机分组试验设计,拟定相似营养水平,不同饲料成本,不同成鳖基础饲粮、核心料配方若干.以外购成鳖料和原研制饲粮配方为对照,在集约化养殖的生产条件下,进行了成鳖基础饲粮与核心料优化配方的筛选.结果表明:试5组新研制基础饲粮配方和新研制核心料配方获得最优生产性能,与试1组外购成鳖料、试2组原研制饲粮配方比,净摄食量提高2.16倍、1.93倍;净增重提高3.70倍、2.92倍;均增重提高3.33倍、2.92倍;饵料系数降低1.34、0.97;饲料利用效率提高22.13%、18.11%;每kg活鳖的饲料费用降低13.3元/kgW、7.61元/kgW.经方差分析:试5组日增重2.37g/只/日极显著地高于试1组O.71 g/只/日、试2组O.81g/只/日(P<0.01).试3组、试7组、试8组日增重1.19g/只/日、1.37g/只阄、1.62g/只/日与试1组、试2组比差异显著(P<0.05=.试4组、试6组日增重0.90g/只/日,0.98g/只/日与试1组、试2组比,差异不显著(P>0.05);试验说明:试5组核心料配方,对成鳖具有良好的诱食性,饲料的粘弹性,延展性,持水性,化学热稳定性良好,符合成鳖饲料工艺要求,养分含量符合成鳖生长的营养需要,获得理想的日增重,饵料系数和较低的饲料费用. Using the single-factor randomized whole-group experimental design, the similar nutrition level, the different feed cost, the basic diet and the core material formula of different soft-shelled turtles were drawn up.With the purchased soft-shelled turtle and the original developed formula as the control, The results showed that: the first five groups to develop basic dietary formula and the newly developed core material formula to obtain the best performance, with the first group purchased into turtle In the first two groups, the feed formula of the original diet was 2.16 times and 1.93 times higher than that of the original diet. The net weight gain was increased by 3.70 and 2.92 times respectively, and the weight gain was increased by 3.33 and 2.92 times respectively. The feed conversion decreased by 1.34 and 0.97 respectively. The utilization efficiency increased by 22.13% and 18.11%, respectively. The average daily gain of 0.62g / day / Test 1 group, test 2 group than, (P> 0.05) .Experiment description: Test 5 sets of core material formula, has good attractant to the soft-shelled turtle, feed viscoelasticity, ductility, water-holding, good chemical thermal stability, in line with Cheng feed processing technology Requirements, nutrient content in line with the nutritional needs of the growth of turtle, access to the ideal daily gain, food coefficient and lower feed costs.
