胰腺癌预后极差,对放、化疗均不敏感,目前惟一有可能治愈的方法仍是根治性切除,但切除率很低,胰头癌切除率仅10%～15%,而胰体尾癌的切除率更低。
Pancreatic cancer has very poor prognosis and is not sensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The only possible cure is radical resection, but the resection rate is very low. The resection rate of pancreatic head cancer is only 10% -15% The resection rate is lower.
