目的:探讨锌对血液流学指标的影响。方法:采用新西兰大白兔饮水中加葡萄糖酸锌(锌含量150.0mmol/L)喂养,设正常组对照,满12个月后取血测定血液流变学各指标。结果:加锌组较对照组全血粘度(高切、中切、低切)及血浆粘度明显升高(P<0.05~0.01),凝血酶原时间缩短(P<0.01),胆固醇、甘油三酯及血糖升高(P<0.01),红细胞沉降率增快(P>0.05)。结论:锌可能通过干扰脂代谢引起血液粘度增加,合理用锌对子防治缺血性心脑血管病有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of zinc on hematological parameters. Methods: New Zealand white rabbits were fed with zinc gluconate (zinc content 150.0mmol / L) in drinking water. The control group was given normal control. After 12 months, all the indexes of hemorheology were determined. Results: Compared with the control group, the whole blood viscosity (high cut, middle cut, low cut) and plasma viscosity increased significantly (P <0.05 ~ 0.01) and prothrombin time shortened ), Cholesterol, triglyceride and hyperglycemia (P <0.01), erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Zinc may increase blood viscosity by interfering with lipid metabolism. It is of great significance to use zinc to prevent and treat ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
