云龙山牌奶油饼干是江苏省徐州市食品厂1958年研制成功的。由于不断提高产品质量,1975~1982年在省商业系统同类产品评比中连续三次被评为第一名,1982年获省优质产品称号,1984被评为商业部优质产品,同年获国家优质食品银质奖。该产品色泽金黄,花纹清晰,规格整齐,酥松香甜,不仅受到省内消费者的欢迎而且远销鲁、豫、皖及东北各省市。该厂饼干生产工艺要求严格,设备比较先进,卫生条件好,产品质量稳定。
Yunlongshan brand cream biscuits were successfully developed by the Xuzhou Food Factory in 1958.
