采用不同浓度的二水醋酸锌前驱体,用葡萄糖辅助的溶胶-凝胶法制备出了不同的氧化锌薄膜。氧化锌薄膜是由许多氧化锌颗粒组成的,并具有六方晶形的纤锌矿结构。样品与原子力探针的针尖之间的微摩擦力、黏着力和界面接触类型分别根据Amonton定律和Carpick过渡方程进行研究。结果表明,针尖与样品之间的作用(JKR/DMT)过渡模型。四个样品的微摩擦力在高的载荷和低的载荷下分别与外加载荷和黏附力呈线性关系。样品b由于具有最高的毛细作用力而呈现出最高的微摩擦系数。
Different concentrations of zinc acetate dihydrate precursors were used to prepare different zinc oxide films using glucose-assisted sol-gel method. Zinc oxide films are composed of many zinc oxide particles and have a hexagonal wurtzite structure. The micro-friction, adhesion and interfacial contact types between the sample and the tip of the AFM were studied according to the Amonton’s law and the Carpick transition equation, respectively. The results show the interaction between tip and sample (JKR / DMT) transition model. Friction of four samples under high load and low load, respectively, with the applied load and adhesion was linear. Sample b exhibited the highest coefficient of micro-friction due to the highest capillary force.
