1997年1月7日《人民日报》公布了1996年～2010年《质量振兴纲要》,这是继我国全面贯彻实施《中华人民共和国标准化法》和《中华人民共和国产品质量法》后,质量管理工作中的又一件大事。为了更好地贯彻实施《质量振兴纲要》,并以此为契机。提高兵器行业军、民品产品质量和经济效益,促进企业技术进步,增强企业竞争力,开创兵器工业标准化工作新局面,大力加强标准化这项重要的技术基础工作,使标准化工作为兵器工业的质量振兴事业作出贡献。为此,本刊现将纲要中与标准化有关的内容,摘要刊登如下。
