康奈尔大学图书馆是图书馆界实施知识管理的先行者和成功者。该馆的知识管理实践可以概括为以下几个方面:①发展知识共享文化;②管理工作知识,包括转移最佳实践和共享专门技能;③设计图书馆门户,强化知识存取功能;④改变组织结构,即建立一个新部门IRIS,使知识管理成为可能;⑤改造学术出版;⑥开拓协作型知识管理活动,包括参与组建数字图书馆联盟和从事协作数字参考服务活动。
Cornell University Library is the forerunner and winner of knowledge management in the library community. The museum’s knowledge management practices can be summarized as the following aspects: ① the development of knowledge-sharing culture; ② management knowledge, including the transfer of best practices and sharing expertise; ③ design of the library portal, strengthen knowledge access functions; ④ change the organization Structure, that is, establishing a new department IRIS, making knowledge management possible; (5) reforming academic publishing; and (6) developing collaborative knowledge management activities, including participating in the formation of digital library consortia and collaborative digital reference service activities.
