目的:了解广州市售国产婴幼儿配方粉中阪崎肠杆菌的污染状况。方法:对市售111份国产婴幼儿配方粉进行阪崎肠杆菌分离培养,对分离株进行生化鉴定,荧光PCR检测及17种抗生素的药敏分析。结果:共检出6株阪崎肠杆菌(检出率5.41%),其中配方牛奶粉3株(检出率4.41%),配方羊奶粉1株(检出率11.11%),配方米粉2株(检出率5.88%);6株阪崎肠杆菌对头孢噻吩耐药率100%,对头孢唑啉耐药率66.67%,对其余抗生素普遍敏感。结论:广州市售国产婴幼儿配方粉中存在阪崎肠杆菌污染,食用安全隐患不容忽视。
Objective: To understand the pollution status of Enterobacter sakazakii in domestic infant formula powder from Guangzhou. Methods: Enterobacter sakazakii was isolated and cultured from 111 domestic infant formula powders. The biochemical identification, fluorescent PCR detection and antibiotic susceptibility analysis of 17 antibiotics were carried out. Results: 6 strains of Enterobacter sakazakii were detected (detection rate 5.41%), including 3 formula milk powder (detection rate 4.41%), 1 formula milk goat milk (detection rate 11.11%), 2 recipe rice (Detection rate was 5.88%). Enterobacter sakazakii had 100% resistance to cefalotin and 66.67% resistance to cefazolin, which was generally sensitive to the remaining antibiotics. Conclusion: There is Enterobacter sakazakii contamination in the domestic market for infant formula from Guangzhou. Therefore, the hidden dangers of food safety should not be neglected.
