1 前言在改革开放以前,由于我国长期处在计划经济条件下,国内的企业都是“同志加兄弟”的关系,有福同享、有难同当,无存亡之忧。无竞争之需;在国际上,实行闭关自锁,与外国的直接贸易往来很少,生产的产品基本上是为满足国内需要,以求自给自足,参加国际竞争的机会也很少,人们的竞争观念很淡薄,因此,对竞争情报的概念和特性就更不清楚了。竞争情报是80年代在国际上由西方国家兴起的一个新的情报概念,90年代初,竞争情报开始在我国情报界流传。现在国内很多企业的领导、干部和职工对竞争情报的概念还不了解,没有多少人能认识到竞争情报
